This is a photo of a DNR officer that wrote me a ticket. He could have given me a warning but decided the state needed the money. I had hunter orange on, just not enough to satisfy him. |

A very cold start to the morning and the camera isn't happy about it! Around 3 degrees. |
This is a snake we came across while hunting. As you can see the ground was covered in snow and this particular spot is on the edge of a swamp. We have no idea why or for how long it has been there. |
A Muskrat swimming in the creek. |
Talk about some tough briers!! That is Lace's own blood she is covered in. She actually lost so much that I wound up putting her in my game pouch on my coat and carrying her back to the truck. |
Whoever said that rabbits don't grow on trees has never hunted with us!!! |
Steven and I with nine rabbits from the days outing. Temp was around 20 degrees and we had snow on the ground, made for some great sounding runs! |
Steven was actually stuck in the briers when I took this photo of him! OUCH!!! |
My fifth rabbit of the day (the limit in Indiana). Hopefully the next time they take my photo they'll get the bag I carry the camera in out of the way! |
The blood all over Chip is his own from working and running in the briers all day! Notice Spikes bloody tail, that's how all of the dogs tails looked! |
Darth Vader" Hutman with the first rabbit of the early morning. |
Next time John will get to the rabbit quicker!!! |
